  I called the day of to schedule an appointment, I was advised that they had a 2:00 available. I arrived 20 minutes early since I called at the last minute. I was passed on the Imani. The store was very busy, yet she made sure she took care of me. Imani was great. She asked about my skin type, my opinion on the selections chosen, she would check in & say "how we looking" and listened to me. I was very anxious about this because I was doing this for my engagement photos and my wedding invitations. Imani was good and my fiancee approved. That was the important part.

  Won’t be back to this MAC Store. I walked in (on Saturday, 2/28 around 4 pm) prepared to overhaul my makeup with four new lipsticks, three new blushes, and four lip pencils. Couldn’t even get acknowledged except to be asked to move aside to get a lipstick for another customer. Even after all the other customers left, and I was the only one left in the store (besides the person getting a makeup consultation), all the two “sales associates” could do was chit chat with each other. Called MAC’s customer service line and, after getting disconnected the first time, was simply told “I’m very sorry, and I’ll pass this along.” Not that the rep would have had the store information if I hadn’t then given it to her. MAC, for your prices, you can do better than this. One useful thing about AI: you can give it makeup shades and ask for comparable ones sold by other brands. Think I’ll be doing that before I decide if I’m going to purchase online or not.

  The young man that helped me was so polite. When I cane in he had a customer. And made me feel special because he took the time to acknowledge me. And tell me. He will get with me. He had knowledge of the moisturiser and help me select one. Thank you for great service sir. I will be back!!!
