  Went into MAC with no idea on what I was doing, not even where to start. Dustin came over to help. I asked if he could “walk me through everything” a small face beat because I’ve never really worn makeup and when I say I’m In awe. I’m still smiling and I keep looking in the mirror he was beyond patient and explained everything to me step by step. By far the best customer service ever. Oh I will be back again and again. This will be my new home “Mac” store thanks to Dustin! ♥️♥️💋💋💋 idk if the other lady he was helping left a review but I even paid attention to how he was so graceful with her. He’s a rockstar thanks again.

  Booked an appointment to get my makeup done here and this was my first and last experience with MAC. When I arrived, the artist who was supposed to do my makeup was arguing with someone in the back, so they had someone else step in. The makeup turned out terrible. The shades were wrong, nothing was blended properly, and it looked rushed and careless. I had a photoshoot immediately after and ended up looking a mess. My time was wasted and so was my money. I was still required to purchase the products even though the service was unacceptable. I would add photos, but the results were honestly embarrassing. I contacted corporate to share my concerns and nothing was done. No accountability and no effort to fix the situation. Do not get your make up done here. Just go next door to Sephora. Very disappointing experience.
