  I absolutely adore this Lush! Every time I come into this location all of the workers are so kind and helpful. I often have many questions about products as I have sensitive skin, but every time workers are supportive and take the time to suggest products to me! One worker in particular, Bunnie, is usually there and she is incredible! Super sweet and has helped my skin so much!!!

  I came in twice in one week this month: for my aunt's birthday and mother's day. all I can say is... Styx, Bunnie, and Deja? I hope all y'alls dreams all come true. 🫂💖 y'all deserve the world. my aunt loved her gifts and I've got a new favorite to add to my restock list: the Supermilk shampoo and conditioner! tbh I wasn't too fond of the scent in the store, but experiencing it in the shower won me over.

  We walked into this store saying hey maybe we should get some bath bombs, not knowing we would come in and get a full experience and plenty of product! We were greeted as soon as we came in by a wonderful young lady name Sticks. She helped my partner and i navigate through the store and help us find the things we both like. Scents wise, product wise, and everything else in between to make sure we had a great experience! She helped me with my lush app and helped with recommendations we did not come in there for at all! Lush, you have a pretty amazing employee on her hand that knows their stuff!

  Wow! I was completely blown away with the customer service here. Milla is the absolute sweetest person ever. My son is non verbal autistic and even before she knew she was just so amazing with him! She let try out a bath bomb and helped him pick out one to buy too! I have never been a consumer of lush products but after that experience I will be back to purchase more products! Loved that lush offers skincare and consultations so I will definitely be back for that and of course more bath-bombs for my little one. Way to go!!!

  I had such a fun experience at LUSH! The store itself is super cute and smells amazing, and there’s so much to look at if you’re into bath bombs, soaps, and skincare. Patrick helped me first and he was awesome, he really took the time to explain the different face masks and even let me try a few so I could see what worked best for my skin. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and enjoys helping people. After that, another associate (I’m pretty sure her name started with an M maybe Mila, I’m so sorry if I got that wrong 😅) helped me pick out some bath bombs. She was just as kind and gave great suggestions based on what I was looking for. Overall, the customer service made the whole experience feel really personalized and fun instead of overwhelming. I’ll definitely be coming back!
