Even though it wasn’t my first time visiting Lush, I was feeling a little overstimulated when I came in. Jin was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive, and he made me feel completely comfortable while helping me explore products. We even ended up chatting about K-dramas, which made the experience feel so personal and fun. His recommendations were amazing, and thanks to him, I discovered my new favorite massage bars and scrubs! Thank you, Jin, for your kindness, excellent customer service, and for turning what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip into such a positive and memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back! 💕✨

It was my first time in a lush store and it was a great first impression, I didn't catch the employees name, the reciept said "null" however they had a bunch of tattoos and piercings (if that narrows it down), they also gifted me a massage bar for my tattoos.

They were so nice and even gave us free samples to try of scents we said we liked. They also helped me find a great gift for my mom. All around 5/5 star experience!!
