Products are of course amazing and hands-down, they have some of the best moisturizers of the many brands I’ve used.

Then I could hear them in the back loudly laughing and talking about customers, saying how much they hated customers. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly shocking to hear. If you’re going to work with customers, at least have enough respect not to openly mock them within earshot. I left feeling completely unwelcome. Very disappointing experience at Lush Lennox.

I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted - and she helped curate a nice beginning to my new skincare routine and recommended next steps for when I was ready for a bigger purchase. I am so happy that she was there to help me decide between items and what works best for my goals. I will definitely be back and ask for her by name!!
