  My brother and I came in from out of town today in hopes to see our favorite stylist Latina because she gives the best hair cuts. Upon arrival asking for her, some dark skinned lady named shuntae was very nasty and unprofessional how she spoke about Latina and her character. When my brother returned to the car he told me that she explained to him that Latina was very unprofessional and wasn’t a good fit for the salon and she didn’t think she deserved to work there and that things would be changing around there. This was very unprofessional and distasteful and disrespectful. Latina have always treated us with respect and have been very respectful. The lgbtq already have it hard enough in the workforce so to see someone apart of our community be spoken of in a disrespectful manner is unacceptable. I will n never support this business again since this is how people are being treated. We will never come back

  I was in the salon to eat lunch with one of the co-workers that work there Latina Williams n she got suspended all because I sat in the lobby with her for all of 20 mins? This is insane . I have witnessed first hand that majority of the staff here dont like her. Even the new hire . LaTina is a great worker and have asked me several times to come in fir a haircut but I refused to give my money to a business that mistreats her. She is one of the best this location has to offer and it's sad to have to witness first hand the unfair treatment she has recieved from owner and management. Corporate needs to do their job and make sure that all employees are treated equally. This is not fair at all, how she is treated comto others

  Went in,I was greeted, asked what I was here for I responded a hair cut politely. I was asked to wait about 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby a couple minutes then decided to go to my car because of the interaction between the stylist and clients. The guy that walked out who was in her chair was not pleased. The lady who cut my hair, said she is an instructor at Paul Mitchell Estonia in Alpharetta. I attempted to provide photos both front and back of of my desired aesthitic, to which she quickly responded with "I got you" and not asking question before starting the cut. My hair is fairly healthy. It was straightened prior to going to assist in it falling. I showed her where my hair was splitting in a small section which is why I was choosing stacking it. I showed her what didn't need to be cut. I was only hoping for a stacked back and soft trim on the side to wispy it which was already what my hair was. She started the cut, never once parting and just lifting from the top and cutting. She grabbed clippers. It was a mess...choppy. Not layered... choppy, unevenly blunt. Confusion showed on my face. She didn't wispy the front and I could see something stick out from the back weirdly. She went in at it again mentioning one side being longer than the other, ma'am. I gave up. The front was lightly feathered I said it was cute and went to the register. I said it’s cute but my body language showed my disappointment as well as me verbally saying because she mentioned the 14 minutes and it took longer I tipped her $5. She said notes and mentioned a 45 degree and 90 degree and them being in the system for next time to which made me think that would have required some parting, I asked to see the back … it was awful! I verbally said I don’t like it. This is not a smooth transition at all. She proceeded to tell me “I see what you see and would like the opportunity to fix it” Reluctantly I allowed this a 3rd time. I asked her before you pick up the scissors if I could just tell you or show you a photo again. She was nice but had a look of frustation at her mistake. She did not look at the photo. She still was cut more and it was not falling because again she kept cutting from the top. Which didn’t need to be cut. I had to ask multiple times, before you pick up the scissors and start cutting again if you can hear me out and take a look at the photo again. She didn't look at the photo. At one point she says one side is longer than the other. To be non confrontational I said that’s fine leave it. The absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The other stylist, was beyond rude to her customer. I got second hand embarrassment for him. Extremely unprofessional. Mentioning the 14 minutes. Berated, talk down to the guy “I’m not going to babysit your haircut, my notes in the system already” “you should’ve said that in the beginning” “ima take me a shot before I did this interview” instead of trying to make the guy who remained optimistic happy with his hair. He was asking questions about the guards used my stylist chimed in and said “you can come to school by me if you want them kinda lessons” “did he even buy the tea tree shampoo, oh he didn’t buy anything” Guy is standing right there. The entire interaction left my mouth wide open. The lack of professionalism embolded by each other. And I am no prude. It was blatant, from a manager resposible for hiring and a professor. 3 unhappy customers in less than 45 minutes. However as you’ll see from the three stooges, mushroom to go at your own risk on a Sunday.

  My Fiance just came home from his hair cut with the most uneven hack job I have ever seen in my life. One side burn is completely removed while the other is untouched. The entire back of his head is uneven, the sides look like they were trying to recreate the stairs to heaven. I get it’s a cheap hair cut but OH MY GOD. If you have any self respect, please either go to a different location or a different barber because these people have idea what they are doing. You could probably just close your eyes and take clipper to your own head and do better job.
