- KMKelicia Mitchell5 days ago1.0I visited this location after going to another location to get a cut. I offered to pay for my cut to be fixed with no problem. This location was closer to work so I could still make it to work on time. The first employee brushed me off to another employee. The second employee said oh come back tomorrow so my manager can see the cut. All I wanted was for the cut to be fixed and told her I was ok with my hair being cut more. She then tells me I’m not good for short bobs. It left me confused! This area and you are not trained to cut a short bob. I see women and kids get bobs of different lengths. I would have appreciated it more if she said she didn’t want to service me because the other location messed my cut up. I have to find me a regular stylist and stop going to great clips!

The stylist didn’t even bother to comb my hair properly, not even once, which is basic for any haircut. I came out with wet hair, and there was no effort to manage or style it correctly. On top of that, after the haircut was done, she didn’t even remove the loose hair from my shirt, which is just basic hygiene and customer care. Overall, it felt rushed and careless. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Definitely not coming back.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
