  Please hire competent people. If someone places a delivery order it should be no issue to turn it into a pick up.. you are in a busy area with no free parking. Employees should have some sense of urgency for pickup orders.

  I met your Atlanta Editor, Dwayne, while on vacation in Curaçao. I actually stopped him to ask what fragrance he was wearing because it smelled SO good — it was Soie! Dwayne spoke so passionately about the fragrance, the Glossier brand, and the other products that he insisted I had to experience them for myself. Ever since meeting Dwayne, I have officially become a Glossier Girl! I have placed orders online and have visited the store several times. I’ve also introduced my family, work family, and friends to Glossier because of the amazing experience I had with Dwayne. I especially encourage everyone to visit the Atlanta boutique and experience Dwayne for themselves. He has even introduced me to members of the leadership team and other Editors, which has made each visit feel even more welcoming and personal. Every one of my experiences at Glossier ATL has been absolutely perfect. Dwayne’s passion, knowledge, and genuine love for the brand are truly contagious. He is an incredible representation of Glossier and the type of person who makes customers want to keep coming back — and bring everyone they know with them! Thank you, Glossier, for creating such a wonderful experience, and thank you, Dwayne, for making me a Glossier Girl!

  Absolutely incredible experience at Glossier! I have to give a huge shoutout to Dwayne for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything—they actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that were perfect for me. Even though I planned on restocking on all my products he helped me with each item. His energy and customer service were honestly above and beyond what you typically experience. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I left happy and confident in my choices. Dwayne is a true asset to the Glossier team, and employees like him are the reason customers want to come back. If you visit Glossier, definitely ask for Dwayne. He deserves all the recognition for an outstanding experience!!!
