  Taylor greeted me the moment I walked in the store. I had a couple of products in mind and we were able to find them and my perfect shade within a few short minutes. I was in and out with products in hand. Highly recommend!

  A little overdue, but I had to leave a review for Dewayne! He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my shopping experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he took the time to really listen and help me find what worked for me. I walked out not only with great products, but feeling genuinely confident, cared for, and glowing. Customer service like that is rare. Thank you for making the experience so special!

  I only use glossier on my face for almost 8 years now. I remember when this location first opened. I don’t travel to the city often and when I did this past week I decided to come in for my skin tint instead of ordering online. I smelled the different perfumes while waiting for the associate to grab my skin tint. Another associate tells me she saw I might be interested in their perfumes, did I need help and did I want her to get me a sample? I verbatim said “oh no I don’t need help and I don’t want a sample. “ she puts her hands up like I annoyed her or something and she said “oh it was free but ok” like girl I know what a sample is. I’m literally just answering your question??? I tend to speak in a flat tone but I wasn’t rude at all. That response left such a bad taste in my mouth.
