  From the start, the guest relations team & manager Mandy made sure my reservation was seamless. We had a gift card issue that was totally my fault but they still graciously did whatever it took to make it right. When I arrived, I was welcomed and made to instantly feel relaxed. During my service, Lara was amazing! Her technique was perfect. I am grateful for the entire experience at Rivet House Spa!

  Elisa Boyd was incredible! She was very intentional, and clearly has a passion for what she does. The Spa is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

  The best massage I have ever had. I will drive 2 hours to come back to Rivet House Spa. Nathan was exceptional. His consistent pressure and calm approach to working out the knots in my back was simply exceptional. The entire Spa experience is worth the drive back. The Hotel is lovely as well.

  Recently had a massage at this spa. It's a beautiful facility, very calming and comfortable. Kim was my therapist and did an amazing job. I had the signature massage with aromatherapy and really enjoyed it.
