The customer service seemed noticeably lacking, responses were very dry, and staff appeared annoyed when we asked questions. With makeup, hair products, and beauty items, customers naturally have a lot of questions and may need help deciding between products. A little patience and friendliness would go a long way in making the experience more comfortable. Because of this, I wouldn’t personally choose this location for beauty services. I’d recommend doing some research beforehand or shopping online if you’re unsure about products. Hopefully this store can take this feedback as a reminder of how important good customer service is to the overall experience.
