  This was my worst experience ever at a Sephora. I walked up to 3 different employees, who blantly looked me IN THE FACE and walked away, like I wasnt good enough for thier time or help, after asking. Stacey was the ONLY employee who gave her attention. She color matched me flawlessly, and helped me get everything I needed. I felt judged, like I wasnt good enough to be in this store, and I dont know why the employees acted like that. I will never return to this location again. The location at Kohls has a very different welcoming vibe, that sadly this store lacks. They took one look at me, and turned away. I came bare faced without make up to spend $ to get the best match for expensive products.

  I felt suffocated the whole time I was in there. I understand that it is part of their job to come up to you and ask if you need help or have questions, but DAMN!!! I felt like I was being surrounded by vultures that just couldn’t take a hint! Five times, to five different employees I mentioned, “I’m just looking I don’t need help! Thanks!” And they all heard me. Then another one approached me and decided to not leave me alone or give me a choice to look at products on my own!! She kept spraying perfume after perfume and asking me 50 million questions and just would not take a hint to leave me alone despite having said “I appreciate it, but I DON’T NEED HELP!” I just left before I was even done with my shopping. The name of the employee is Eustacia. Just leave people breathe!

  I purchased this Cyklar Vitamin C Body Oil with Ectoin And it’s spilled all over my bag And all over my clothes right after I purchased it and used it like oncein the Employee after like five times I had to tell her the right email for some reason this location doesn’t even have my receipt in my account So pretty much just lost $41 for something I didn’t even get to use and they won’t return the money back because they didn’t put it in the right way
