But I’ve been coming here for the past five years and have always had Jacobi. She is absolutely great. She is highly recommended and I’m assuming that everyone here is great! The check-in process was completely seamless – no waiting, no confusion, just pure relaxation from the very first second. And can we PLEASE talk about my facial with Stephanie?! AMAZING doesn't even begin to cover it! Her hands are truly gifted, and she knew exactly what my skin needed. I left feeling like I was glowing from the inside out! Stephanie, you are a rockstar! Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. They anticipated my every need before I even knew I had one! The level of service here is unmatched. Even checking out was a breeze – quick, friendly, and efficient. They truly have perfected every detail of the guest experience. - BWBarbara WilliamsonApr 22, 20265.0My experience started a little shakey, mainly because I got to my appointment an hour and maybe 5 mins before just so I can get into the relaxing mindset. When I entered into the spa I was greeted warmly but told to come back at 4:00 as they only let you arrive 30 mins prior to massage. That was disheartening as it is stated no where on the Website and I drove from DOUGLASSSVILLE. I had been here before and knew nothing of this new rule. I went to my car with intentions of waiting 40-50 min until my massage. Then I decided to call to speak to a manager. Joey was extremely kind and rectified the situation and allowed me to come in and explained that is a new policy and apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did he greet me at the door, he was friendly and very kind. He also added aromatherapy to my package. To me that was rectifying the problem/ misunderstanding and going above and beyond to make my experience one to remember. My experience was great after speaking to Joey and massage was 10/10 with Jacobi! I could have went to another place but I chose to spend my money here because of past phenomenal experiences. And Joey solidified that I made a great decision. So for that I will be returning. Although I do wish that policy have an expiration date because there is peace in preparing your mind and body for a relaxing experience. I don’t treat myself enough to massages and for many this is just that, a treat. Why shouldn’t we be able to enjoy an hour before the massage to prepare and get in the space to relax.
- MMMApr 19, 20261.0The women at the front desk are comically rude. Every single time. Please look into this, or we won’t continue to give additional chances to this location or Woodhouse altogether. So disappointing to spend thousands at a place that is meant to be RELAXING, and to be spoken in such an inappropriate, condescending and RUSHED manner each time. We were told that for choosing to book the same time that we previously booked, that it really wouldn’t make the women’s boss happy and that we most likely will get her in trouble. Jaw dropped. Hence this review. I can’t believe these people get away with this. So unprofessional.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. No recording devices of any kind are permitted in the spa without management consent. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. All guests are welcome to enjoy our quiet room and changing lounges up to 30 minutes prior to their appointments beginning and up to 30 minutes after their appointments conclude. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value.
Spa Requirements
For guests aged 15-17 years old, we require parental release before the services can be rendered. Guests aged 15 and 16 require a parent/guardian in the room during service. No guests under 15 years old are permitted to receive any services. Only guests receiving services are permitted into the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of checkout and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued in the form of spa credit.
