I never approved or signed any documents authorizing them to charge me—I only requested a quote. Afterward, they stopped answering the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them

Today I walked in and found an Oct Sale Promo and wanted to make a decision so I asked for price details. The lady at the desk handed me a price list of S,M,L areas along with list of areas by category. When asked for quotation on my selected areas, quoted me a higher price and price after discount under Oct Promo. On questioning, stated system has different price than the price list she shared. This is my 3rd experience with Semper making Sales and actual Service provide different details. What you buy is not detailed enough for you to understand what you’ll eventually get as a service. Please apply due diligence and caution when signing with Semper.
