She was very patient. I felt very comfortable with nurse Tamika piercing my daughter's ears. The studio was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this studio to my family and friends. Thank you nurse Tamika my daughter LOVES her earrings.

As a walk-in I was still given the VIP treatment. I wanted a nurse and was blessed Stephanie was available. She was incredibly patient and supportive and knowledgeable. She took the time and extra time to walk me through every option and explain the process of adding a double and triple and even indulged without ever patronizing my naïveté. She selected the perfectly me set of earrings and placed them exactly as I had envisioned. Top 5 customer service experiences I’ve ever enjoyed! They look beautiful and I am so much happier and more excited than I knew I would be!
- ABAmanda BainApr 25, 20265.0We had a great experience here today! My daughter had her lobes repierced for her 12th birthday (no tears - big props) and I had my upper helix on both ears done. Gretchen was super quick and thoughtful with my daughter's lobes and Tamika was great needling mine! She had to redo the placement of one of the helix piercings, but my ears are slightly differently shaped in that area and one is higher than the other so that made it tricky, but she was very quick, pleasant, and efficient. We left with them looking great and no pain and a little bag with the aftercare, spray, and free hair bands. Highly recommend!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
