  We had a great experience today. The two nurses who did the piercing on my granddaughter did a wonderful job! Bethany only cried maybe 1 minute. They gave her lolly pops & stickers. She is 4.5 and wanted this for a long time! I will recommend your place ! Thank you .Debbie Moore

  This place is AhhhhMaaaZinG !!! My Sister went a few months back and got her ears pierced and had a wonderful experience so I decided to go back and get a conch piercing. I was immediately greeted with smiles at the door...I explained to them what I wanted and Tomeka was WONDERFUL from beginning to end. She was very informative, professional and pleasant...what an AWESOME experience!!!

  I had gotten all of my ear piercings done here! 2-3 years ago, I got my single lobe piercings. I was pretty nervous, but the nurse walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable. A year later, I got my second lobe on my left ear which went just as successful. Recently, I got my second and third lobe pierced on my right ear. The wait took a bit long, but I didn’t really mind since I knew the nurses take their time to ensure the piercings on their customers go well. Faith was very patient with where I wanted to place my piercings and double checked if I was fine afterwards. ❤️ After every visit, you will be given an aftercare instructions card + a date for when you can change your piercing. They also allow you to return if you have any problems or concerns following the appointment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new piercing since they offer a variety of placements while ensuring you’re fine throughout the process. 🤘

  I called before I went over there. Iasked the young female on the phone do they do daith piercings and she said yes. She proceeded to tell me that the price is $55 for the actual piercing and that depending on the earing will determine the final cost. I was fine with that and then I drove way out of my way there and waited nearly 15 minutes to be seen. Someone approached me and I told them that I called and requested to get a daith piercing. The older women said we don't do those piercings here. I was so disappointed after she said that and I just walked and went to another place to get the piercing done. I would never go to Rowan again. Know your product as in to not inconvenience people's lives. Irresponsible staff is bad for business, no excuses.

  Our first visit didn't quite go as planned. One of the lobe piercings was crooked and the edge of rhe cartilage was pierced which was traumatic and painful. But, Rowan went above and beyond to make the misstep right. After two more return trips and alot of patience and skilled nurse care Tamika was able to repierce the ear. Our daughter who is on the AS was able to verbalize "no pain" and was all smiles and pure joy. Thank you Tamika and Rowan for everything ❣️
