  Wonderful location and everyone was friendly. Tamika was incredible. My mom and I went in to get our ears re-pierced. She put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and treated us like we were the only people there. She walked through every step and showed us placement options. She took great care of us. We were in and out so quickly and barely felt a thing. I left knowing I’d would share my experience and refer everyone to Tamika!

  Tamika was outstanding. She put me at ease. Initially, I was reluctant to get my ears pierced. Her calm demeanor and professionalism reassured me. I went in a chicken and left out a “champ”. Thanks Tamika.

  Wow, wow, wow is all I can say. I just had the most amazing experience with Caitlin! I added 2 new piercings (a flat and a conch) to my stack, and I can truly say I wish I came to Rowan for all of my previous piercings too. She was excellent. She helped me curate my stack, changed other areas to new Rowan jewelry, pierced me like a dream, and gave me proper after care instructions. I had the absolute best time. I can barely feel my new piercings. Her seat side manners were great, she was super friendly, and yes, she's an amazing nurse! 10's across the board for my white-glove experience, especially on my birthday! THANK YOU SO MUCH Caitlin!

  Really disappointed with our experience. I brought my 3.5 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced and after they were done, I realized they had used the wrong earrings. When I pointed it out, I was initially told that those WERE the earrings I had chosen. I knew they weren’t, and after going back and forth a little, she checked and realized I was right and that the earrings had apparently been mislabeled. I asked if they could just give me the earrings I originally chose at no charge instead. They said they couldn’t and assured me switching out the earrings to the correct one wouldn’t hurt her. Well, shocker, it did. She started crying even more while they were trying to take the backs off, and only then did they decide to stop and give me the correct earrings for “free”. I ended up still paying for earrings I NEVER chose, my baby went through a lot of unnecessary discomfort, and I walked out with the earrings I actually wanted in a box. I essentially paid what I would have paid anyway even though the mistake was on their end. (They did refund the $50 piercing) I just wish there had been more empathy and an effort to make it right from the beginning. This was supposed to be such a special experience with my daughter, and I left really disappointed and crying. They would rather upset an infant and a freshly PP mom then just eat an 80$ cost for a mistake they made.
