- CWC WMay 13, 20261.0I've been in many times, and I always have a new stylist. It comes with the territory when you don't go to a salon, but I'm more of a wash and go kind of girl. And I used to have long hair. I explained that I wanted to simply take off about 1 1/2 in because I don't like it too short. I explained how it gets even more unmanageable, and I feel naked . I'm not exaggerating when I say she took way too much. My hair was halfway between my bra strap and waist, and my it's now above my bra strap. I was afraid to take my hair down when I got home. I wear my hair up 90% of the time and my look is pretty much gone. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to wear it in a bun again in about 9 mo. Needless to say, I will not be back. Now that I've had a chance to sleep on it, I found it's worse than I thought. My hair is also uneven. I wish a remembered her name so I could provide a better warning.

The stylist didn’t listen to my instructions at all I clearly explained how I wanted my haircut, but it felt like she completely ignored me. Now my hair looks like I walked out in the middle of the haircut. She was just mumbling the whole time and seemed more focused on going home than doing the job properly.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
