We came in looking to purchase a few pairs of sunglasses as gifts and for my wife, and I also purchased some hand creams. The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what she was talking about and gave us excellent suggestions without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured. She made the entire shopping experience phenomenal and truly represented the Chanel brand in the best way possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the store and the brand look amazing. I would definitely recommend this location, and we will absolutely be going back.

- LAlesly alexandraaaMar 30, 20261.0customer service was terrible. me and my friend went in cause i ran out of my eyeliner the staff told me it was at a higher price then it originally was. it’s my favorite eyeliner so of course i was still going to buy it. me and my friend immediately felt judged as soon as we got inside. we already get enough stares since we are alternative and we immediately got that same treatment as soon as we walked inside. i will not be shopping at this location again. please teach your employees to not judge someone by there looks. also when we were leaving me and my friend thought she was following us out the store. i’ve never felt more judged in a store than this place.
