- CSCHARITY smithSep 22, 20261.0I bought a Dyson 550$ 6 days later it didn’t work completely. Drive there on a break to exchange had the receipt didn’t have the box (I threw it away) they refused to exchange or return it. Stated it was policy over the phone the manager was on lunch break so her associate looped her in and let me speak with her. “Nothing they could do contact Dyson”. Drove to Dalton location they exchanged it under 5 minutes and apologized even plugged it in before they gave it to me. Would not recommend this location unless it’s your last resort. I’m hoping they will do better in the future.
