    I had a 6:45pm reservation on Saturday 6-20-2026. I check in at 6:30pm and no one ever communicated with me about the status and extremely long wait. 7:04pm I walked out because no communication and only one person getting their hair cut. No reason anyone can not simply communicate. Please make reservations because they have things that are planned in there day as well. Just sad how customer service has gone no trained and no empathy for people anymore….

    My stylist Angie was amazing. She removed an extension. Colored. Cut blow dried and styled my hair after an extensive consultation and recommendation. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She is my new stylist. Wouldn’t have expected to find her at this salon 🤗
