  I love my hair and Angela had the best work. It was like magic. She was friendly, fast, and won’t steer you wrong. I love Hair Cuttery I have been going over the last few years and I always loved the stylists and the salon for its professionalism, friendliness and the outcome of each stylists artwork is incredible. You won’t be steered wrong if you go. 10/10 experience

  Designer 2 appointment and the stylist was too high to comprehend what I wanted for my trim. They cut my hair wet then styled it. It was off on one side by over an inch. They cut it after styling and tried to even it out dry, curled. Then tried on the other side. I had to stop them and leave because I was losing too much length. I have a free appointment this weekend to fix it with a stylist I know. I’m disappointed that they would allow someone clearly over medicated to cut hair. I wish I’d realized it sooner but it was too late. Also can’t believe I had to pay for it.

  Butchered!!! I took some time trying to decide whether or not I wanted to post a review being as I know how they can make or break an individual and even a reputable business. However after some time and the frustration of having to style my hair every day trying to hide what was done to me has caused me to come forward. It was the day before Easter, and I had a big family dinner the next day. I haven't cut my hair in a salon for almost 8 years. I have been doing it myself to save money. So I called ahead to make sure I didn't arrive to close to closing. I was told they accept walk ins up to 720.i got there at 705. There was 3 different stylists. Two working on a men's, and one doing a color and cut. I figured ok Cool the men won't take long and then I'll be next. The one stylist finished her male client in 15 minutes flat, and then proceeded to the back to do closing duties, I don't know, but she didn't come back to the front to get me, the other one proceeded to cut this guy's hair for the next 45 minutes to an hour!! They were flirting with each other so blatantly I just want to scream go get a room!! So after waiting the watching this spectacle I went and got in my car. I called the salon and said when y'all are ready please call me, I'll be in my car. I didn't want to watch these two any more and I was frustrated that I had been sitting for almost an hour at this point. The stylist Amanda, asked me to come back into the store. She apologized and said she didn't realize I was waiting. Which was total Bologna because she was the one who checked me in. So she walked me over and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. And immediately I felt like she was taking to much off and I started to silently panic. I didn't say anything even at the end cuz I thought well I can play with it when I get home. I was really tired to at this point I had been working all day. The next day I spent a solid hour in the bathroom crying at what she had done and realizing there was no fixing this. It was NOTHING like the picture I showed her. Pieces were hacked off the top of my head, I went to my family dinner and showed my mom, and after she looked at even she agreed I got butchered. One half of my head didn't even match the other half and my bags which I didn't have hardly any to begin with were chopped off above my eye brows. She didn't even shampoo, blow dry, or even attempt to try to style my hair. It was totally obvious they were trying to just get rid of me. Meanwhile, when she was cutting my hair I had to listen to the other stylist gush and go on and on about the guy she spent an hour on was flirting with her and they were going to go meet up at the Applebee's after they close. The lady gave me 10% of my cut for having to wait which was a joke. I've never received a worse hair cut, I've never received worse service, and now I'll have to wait months upon possibly years for it to grow back out in the front. I cried for the next 3 days when I looked in the mirror. I would post pictures but I don't even want the embarrassment from the review being public.I Do not recommend this place. And I wish some one had warned me first.
