  Basically went in to smell New releases. No more Blind Buys for me, I have to get my nose on it and Sephora had all the goodies

  I came in today to browse perfumes, and Ricky immediately noticed me and offered his help. When I asked for a skin match, he was genuinely excited and eager to assist. He was such a breath of fresh air—so helpful and full of positive energy. He shared great tips and tricks and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Ricky, for making our visit to Sephora the best one yet!

  I walked into the store with no greeting. When I asked an employee for assistance, it kind of looked like I was bothering her. I just wanted to ask about the perfume deals and which one was best, but I changed my mind and didn’t bother when I went to the other side of the store, I noticed a nice brush, and I asked the employee who was standing closest to it how much the brush was she told me the price and I was like wow that’s expensive as I was putting the brushed back the glass bottle of serum fell on the ground and broke. I apologize but instead of her saying, it’s OK she kind of rolled her eyes at me and try to call other employees to pick up the glass. She didn’t even bother to pick up the glass herself with paper towel or blocking it off from other customers walking into it. I don’t think I’ll ever go to the store again.

  Leaving five stars specifically because Emily was an absolute gem and I can’t thank her enough. I approached her to ask for her help in making samples for me and she was happy to assist me. She went above and beyond making my samples. She answered all of the questions I had about the products I wanted to sample and even helped make additional recommendations for me based on my skin type and concerns I have with makeup products I already own. I don’t leave reviews often but her excellent customer service deserves to be recognized, especially because I felt ignored and disrespected by another employee in the same visit. She turned a not so inclusive experience into a positive one for me!
