  I want to say I definitely loved my experience here at Rowan. Got all three of my kids ears pierced l. Our nurse we had was so nice and patient. She did really good with my baby and my two boys I will definitely let Marlei pierce again. If you are looking for a good sterile place for baby piercing this is the place. Again we had Marlei she was great and explained everything and informed us on how to do after care ask for Marlei if she is available everyone overall were just very nice and welcoming. Thank you Rowan for making this experience rememberable.

  So happy I went here to get my ears pierced. My piercer listened to what I was looking for took her time explaining exactly what was happening and did an excellent job fine to get more piercings I would not hesitate to go to Rowan.

  Luisa was amazing piercing my ear. They made sure they informed me on cleaning and how to change my piercing before. And made sure I was comfortable while she pierced it. Def will be coming back again!

  A friend recommended Rowan, and after looking at their website and reviews, I booked an appointment for my 8-year-old daughter the day before school starts at 4:00 PM. We arrived about 10 minutes early, but after it took a little while to check in, we were told there would be a 15–20 minute wait. The way it was phrased made it sound like we could leave and come back, but since we had driven about 30 minutes to get there, we decided to stay and wait. While we were waiting, the place became very, very busy, especially considering how small the space is. It definitely shows how popular Rowan is, although I’m sure the fact that school starts tomorrow probably contributed to the crowds. The person who helped with my daughter’s piercing was wonderful. She was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly to both my daughter and me, which made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rowan. Just keep in mind that your appointment may not start exactly on time, especially during busy periods, and be prepared for a potential wait.

  What a terrible experience I had today. When I walked in the piercer was arguing with the receptionist about erasing info from their systems. This occurred in front of multiple customers. Then the receptionist was very rude to a mother and daughter before me. The mother walked out of the store saying “I can’t with this woman”. I should have known I would have the same experience. There was no welcome whatsoever. The receptionist spoke down to me asking what I didn’t understand. At this point the piercer stepped in to help. She gave me the information I needed and helped me get my forms. She was so rushed it seemed like I was bothering her but at this point I was the only person in the store. It got even worse when I watched her use a piercing gun on a teenagers ear a second time to raise the hole she had just pierced because it wasn’t in the correct place. The father of that girl was appalled. I took my daughter and left after that. We went to a tattoo/piercer who knew what they were doing. They may hire nurses, but it is still a fancy Claire’s. Please take your child to a professional.
