  My wife got her second piercings on each ear done here. They gave her a timeframe of when she could start taking them out and changing to other earrings. Having had multiple piercings myself, it seemed like a pretty short period of time than what most would advise but I just assumed maybe best practices had changed. Nope, one of her holes closed up immediately after removing her earring to clean the area. She went back in to them and said it closed (this was maybe only a month, two max after it was initially pierced), they charged her again to repierce it. Here’s the kicker, they charged her the same amount as they charged the first time for both ears, even though they only had to repierce one ear. I totally would’ve understood if it was my wife’s fault it closed up but they’re the ones who told her the timeframe of when she could initially remove them. Also the same price for only one ear, especially after this issue, is just ridiculous. As many have said, just go to a tattoo parlor. These sort of places are just a fad and not worth the premium you pay. They also use piercing guns which just gives kiosk in the mall vibes.

  Not a good experience at all. I really wanted to love it. I was happy to pay more for a Funner experience. THIS IS NOT IT. We came in with a group of 6 pre teens who were so excited to get their ears pierced! Our appointments started at 5:15. We got there at 5. They didn't even take us back until about 6:15. They were taking every other person back that was there much later than us. I paid $255 for two kids. And the cheapest earrings. ZERO explanation of how to take care of my kids ears. She messed up my one child's ears and didn't get the pierce all the way through. No apology. No compensation or discount off. I am worried my daughter's ear will not heal correctly. Both ladies were RUDE. Not nice or fun at all. Much better experience at Claire's for 29.99!!! Awful experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Stephanie (hope that's spelt correctly) explained in detail the process of getting pierced and how to properly take care of my ears afterward to avoid issue. She described a few risks wirh the earrings I chose due to having a thicker earlobe and explained that if I had any issues to come in for assistance. Process was smooth and done perfectly. A little pricey but that doesnt really affect how I would rate my experience.

  Ive been wanting to check out Rowan for years and haven't made the time to do it. I popped into this location 3/20 of this year and it did NOT disappoint. The nurse I had was Stefanie. She was AMAZING! She was very patient with me bc I was so undecided as to what in wanted to do. I thought I was just going to pop in the store but I ended up making a spontaneous decision to get a piercing and I needed help finding the best one and "mapping" out what I should get for the future. She was so kind and very creative. She was gentle and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before she went ahead and pierced me. I would def return and ask for her. Go there...you won't be disappointed!!! Everyone there really were nice however Stefanie was top tier!!! Thank you again Stefani. I was postpartum when I got a piercing and wanted to feel pretty and she helped make that happen! I walked out of that place with a huge smile on my face!! Thanks again!!

  Jessica was very sweet, polite, and pierced my ears with the device super smoothly. However, I won’t be coming back here because I felt like my time was not respected. I made an appointment for a needle piercings at 1:30 and I was still waiting by 2:20. The nurse doing the needle piercings was taking care of a customer since I walked in and had still not done her piercing by 2:20. It seemed to me from the front that they were mostly chatting for the entirety of that time. I’m all for great customer service, and the lady that spent 45 mins with the nurse I’m sure had a great time. Me, not so much. I ended up just switching to a device piercing with Jessica, who had done 4 different piercings in the same timespan I waited. For such an expensive place, I expected better. :/
