’m disappointed to be writing this because I expected better from a business that markets itself as a premium/high-end grooming experience.
Earlier today around 11 AM, I booked an appointment online for myself and my son. The system would only allow me to book one appointment, so I specifically left a note explaining that I needed two appointments but couldn’t add the second due to limitations with the booking link.
We arrive at 5 PM and I’m told, “I saw your note, but we could only fit one of you in.” My issue isn’t that there wasn’t availability — I completely understand schedules fill up. My issue is: if you saw the note at 11 AM, why was there no courtesy call, text, or message in the 5+ hours before our appointment to let me know? That would have given me time to make other arrangements for my son instead of wasting the trip.
What made it worse was the attitude I received when I expressed disappointment. Customer service matters, especially when you position yourself as a higher-end experience.
Ironically, I called the Oviedo location afterward and they were able to accommodate us without issue.
Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication and the dismissive response, I won’t be returning to this location. Availability problems happen — poor communication and poor attitude don’t have to.

Did not get scalp or neck massage for one of two customers on this booking; but disappointed; but friendliness, complimentary drinks, vibe atmosphere & the BEST customer service EVER. TB video game wuz complimentary to o& next time I’m getting pedicure w/son & husband:
=it’ll be our first group spa day sort of; if only I could get haircut there too-lol! Only improvement would be actually getting the massage & I wuz hoping for tiny slant my on husbands traditional side burns—would have appreciated that detail; cuz I wuz expecting bit of a wow factor with the haircut—nailed it with my son but husband-notsomuch CIGAR BAR wud luv to try ur signature brand!
Oops that came out mixed up; can’t go adjust it; I think ya get it though.
Would defin return n recommend; truly wanted to give 5 stars; maybe if review allowed you to rate each aspect of experience vs one # for all!

Got a pedicure for the first time ever recently here. Wonderful experience and vibe they have here. G took great care of me and it was very relaxing. Any guys who have needed some work done on their feet but have been putting it off like I was, take the plunge and give this place a try. You won't regret it!

Hiraika was the one that cut my hair and she did an amazing job! Having just moved to the area, I was really nervous about having someone new take over to cut my hair but she really exceeded my expectations! She really took the time to give me the haircut that I wanted and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend her!

What services do you offer?
We offer haircuts, manicures, pedicures, face shaves, head shaves and beard and mustache grooming.
Is there a fee to be a member?
Each month your Membership dues pay for your included services at a discounted rate and allow you access to exclusive benefits, events, and more. There’s no fee to start or cancel a Membership.
How does your membership work?
You select the membership that best fits your grooming needs and apply. Once your application is accepted you receive a set amount of services per month. Your dues are charged monthly.
Is there an annual contract for a membership?
Nope! The Men’s Grooming Club is month-to-month and risk free. Don’t like long-term contracts? Good. Neither do we.
What happens if I don't use my services each month?
For current members any unused Classic or Premium services rollover each month. Once you pay for them, they're yours.
Can I share my services with family or friends?
Absolutely. Your Classic or Premium services can be transferred into another guest's profile, at your request. They can even be transferred to a gift card for an easy gift for friends and family.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
No problem. Just stop by your home location or provide written notice and we can cancel your account that day. You will have 60 days from your cancellation date to use your remaining credits.
What kind of nail services do you offer?
We only offer natural nail services and do not offer nail polish or enhancements.
