  I could tell from the first moment I sat down in Courtney’s chair (Winter Park,FL) and she started cutting that she took her time and she knew what she was doing. She goes to Hair shows, Courtney keeps up on her cutting skills, takes classes, all the things that you want from a stylist. I can’t wait to go back for color AND a cut! Excellent! And I’m PICKY!!!

  I got a 25% discount coupon and figured I’d book. Came in and asked for this haircut at *shoulder length*… explained I was nervous because I’d had one bad short haircut before. It’s uneven (my bangs especially) and about 1.5-2 inches shorter than I asked for. I told her I wanted it long enough to still put in a ponytail. When I finally saw it I was in shock, but I told her I didn’t like it. The styling looked really bad (like lord farquaad). She then just kept cutting random pieces out and curled a few pieces like that was going to fix it. I wasn’t facing the mirror for 95% of my haircut so I didn’t even know what happened until it was too late. I’ve sat on this review for days because I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve tried styling my hair every way I can think of and I still cry everyday looking at it. Not to mention I got a product that was supposed to be 20% off and she charged me full price. I’m too embarrassed to even post a photo.
