- JJJayAug 31, 20261.0Luna the store manager is very rude and unprofessional. She gave a really hard time to exchange a brand new product that is clearly the wrong color. One of the store workers recommended a shade that’s literally 3 shades too light. It’s brand new and in the box but because it was a few days over a month she was being really rude about it. I called another store and they’re happy to help me out with it. As a manager she could’ve easily exchanged the product.

I said that I just wanted to go because I could take longer looking into the new products. I was told to look it online. I had cleaned my house, organized everything and got ready to finally take a break and shop at a Sephora ( love doing that; havent had the time in months) but that was my welcome
