  My favorite Sephora every time I stop by. I window show a lot and the employees and really helpful and aren’t all in your space. They let you do your thing and they provide help when needed. MJ helped me out a lot today. Was very knowledgeable and just made my experience better cause he wasn’t trying to force a sale or anything just was helping me find the perfect fragrance based on the scent profile I was looking for. Even though Sephora sometimes is pricier than shopping online this specific location the employees make the experience worth it

  Every time I visit this specific Sephora, the employees are always willing to help especially Luna!!! - Luna is amazing and is willing to guide you with anything you have questions about. If you are looking for a good Sephora to visit, the employees here are amazing, thanks to Luna and her team I always find what I’m looking for!

  I live down the street from this store and usually never have a problem when I come in the mornings, however, coming in the evenings seems to be a huge inconvenience to the staff, specifically the management. My mother and myself came in to help my mom color match a corrector, we couldn’t find any employee that was willing to help us other than Esther. She was fabulous and guided my mom towards the correct color correcter and powder, but to Mia, the manager, it came as a problem that she spent some time with us. She kept referring us to the services they offer and we don’t want any service, just the right shade. On top of that, she kept pulling Esther to the side to tell her to leave even though she was helping my mom, that she needed to clock out. Poor Esther came back extremely embarrassed. We then purchased what we wanted and left and as we walked out, spoke to Mia, the manager. She kept reassuring us that Esther isn’t in trouble, even though that’s not what we were stating. There is a certain level of professionalism when a service advisor is assisting a customer that you speak to them AFTER they are done assisting. Horrible costumer service . Awful and Mia lacks professionalism
