  Chloe at Fate & Folis ignores texts and ghosts clients. Tried to switch appointment days with my girlfriend because her’s was scheduled near closing time and we wanted to be considerate of her time since my girlfriend’s hair would take hours. She said she canceled our appointments because we booked the “wrong” service. A full coloring is a full coloring. My girlfriend wanted blonde and I wanted a light brown. A $75 deposit is required for services above $200. Since she denied us and cancelled online from our end before 48 hours we’re supposed to get a refund. We have not received our refunds.

  honestly had a really good experience with Chloe in suite 20! i was a little worried about finding a new salon for an extension move-up after a previous not ideal experience, but she felt very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly when i came in for a consultation and when it was time for the appointment it way a very nice process. it definitely helped that the suite itself is very cute and follows a very whimsical forest-y theme and that she made it feel very comfortable and judgment-free. super glad i chose her!

  Ally with Hair by Ally Tee is absolutely amazing. I came to her through a friend's recommendation after being away from the salon for a few years. She truly listened to all my wants and gave me the best advice for the health of my hair. She is extremely knowledgable and is also fun to spend a few hours in the chair with! Her hot towel and temple message after your shampoo is to die for! She's the best and would recommend to anyone in need of a salon visit!
