- MBMichael Brown1 day ago5.0Knocked the ball out of the park….again! Rebecca did another awesome job with the services I requested and received. She reads the room perfectly in that - she says how relaxing a beard grooming can be and then doesn’t talk throughout the grooming to let you completely enjoy the experience. When she does talk, it’s relevant, meaningful, and not over the top. And her barber skills are top notch. She explains everything before doing it and listens thoroughly to your directions.
- EFEhmad Farhat6 days ago1.0Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment for Friday and received multiple confirmations. However, while I was already on my way, I received a text message at 9:45 AM informing me that my appointment had been canceled and asking me to reschedule. When I arrived, I was simply told that they were unable to provide the scheduled service. They offered me another appointment at 2:30 PM, despite the fact that I had already explained that I had a flight scheduled for 3:30 PM. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time. Appointments and confirmations should mean something, especially when customers arrange their schedules around them. Extremely disappointing customer service and a serious lack of commitment to customers. I expected much better.

She really made the experience exceptional! The place itself is amazing. Great atmosphere, excellent drinks, smells wonderful, and is conveniently located. Everything feels clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot to unwind and enjoy some self-care. Highly recommend Shasha! I’ll absolutely be back!

Very welcoming relaxed atmosphere that is really like a men’s spa! I’ve gotten a few haircuts now from Rebecca and she has been amazing!!! Perfect haircut each time, you can have a drink as well! Anyone looking for a great haircut experience should heck this place out and ask for Rebecca!!

Nope, our shop is open to members and non-members.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk ins are always welcome, but we recommend using our website or App to schedule your appointment online. You can also call our shop and book or change your appointment!

Hammer & Nails Grooming Club members receive access to services and products and services at lower rates, discounts for friends and family, and complimentary spirits and beverages.
What services do you offer?
We offer haircuts, manicures, pedicures, face shaves, head shaves and beard and mustache grooming.
Is there a fee to be a member?
Each month your Membership dues pay for your included services at a discounted rate and allow you access to exclusive benefits, events, and more. There’s no fee to start or cancel a Membership.
How does your membership work?
You select the membership that best fits your grooming needs and apply. Once your application is accepted you receive a set amount of services per month. Your dues are charged monthly.
Is there an annual contract for a membership?
Nope! The Men’s Grooming Club is month-to-month and risk free. Don’t like long-term contracts? Good. Neither do we.
What happens if I don't use my services each month?
For current members any unused Classic or Premium services rollover each month. Once you pay for them, they're yours.
Can I share my services with family or friends?
Absolutely. Your Classic or Premium services can be transferred into another guest's profile, at your request. They can even be transferred to a gift card for an easy gift for friends and family.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
No problem. Just stop by your home location or provide written notice and we can cancel your account that day. You will have 60 days from your cancellation date to use your remaining credits.
What kind of nail services do you offer?
We only offer natural nail services and do not offer nail polish or enhancements.
