  My guy had a full spa-like grooming experience at Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys in Windermere, and it was excellent from beginning to end. When we arrived, Aisha welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the beautiful, clean, well-kept facility. The atmosphere was stylish, calming, and inviting. The staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit and kept checking whether we wanted anything to drink. They offer a great selection, including water, sparkling water, juice, coffee, and alcoholic beverages—all complimentary. Josue took care of the facial, including a relaxing massage of the scalp and face, and also trimmed and groomed my guy’s beard and shaved his head. Kapi provided his manicure and pedicure. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the whole experience felt like being pampered from head to toe. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely return. If we’re in the Orlando area and my guy wants to treat himself, Hammer & Nails will be our choice!

  Im impressed!!! From the moment you walk in its such a huge difference then any other barber I've been too in the Orlando area. Lets start at the appointment making process, it was as simple as putting in an online inquire then i got a text moments later to confirm my details and needs for the visit. The answered all my questions over text and confirmed my appointment a few days prior also sending me a calendar invite. This location is about a 30min drive for me and they have another location closer to my home I will try that location out next but this one checks all the box's. It has been a struggle to find a well established/ organized barber/salon over the past 3 months. Walking in and being greeted by Iesha she already knew my appointment and time knew what i was coming in for and that it was my first time in the store. I was given a tour of the facility and shown all it had to offer including a complimentary drink. as soon as she was done showing me around i was immediately introduced to my barber Brad for the day and he took a few moments for introductions and asking about any allergies or medical concerns also asking about what style of cut i was going for and making recommendations during the consultation to better my experiance. Cand recommend this place enough Im thankful to have found a solid place for haircuts. I hope the Hamlin location is just as good.

  Marie was amazing! Her attention to detail, customer service, and skills were all elite. It was my first time going there and now it’ll be my go to place. If you’re looking for someone that truly cares about delivering on the look you’re going for and uses their own expertise for consultation, without a doubt she’s the one.

  This was my first visit to this location and Marie was outstanding. She's very good at what she does. I had an appointment for both a Luxe facial and color camo and couldn't walked away happier. I'll definitely make another appointment to see her and highly recommend others seeking the same experience.
