    Loved the hair technician Erin she is very knowledgeable about giving the most flattering cut face shape etc. I was so in love with my new hair style I will be a regular for sure . And please don’t let me leave out all the staff they were same comfortable caring of there clients needs ,the store very clean and climate friendly! Thank you Erin .

    I love this place! I drive all the way up from Tampa to see Saniyyah, she’s wonderful! (Best keratin treatments by far!) All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and always manage to squeeze my family members in last minute. They’re great with kids, too! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

    Hair was nothing like the picture, last time I used same picture and I thought it was not trimmed enough, but this time, I look like I have a crew cut. I was asked if I wanted short like the picture and I said yes, but my hair cut looks anything like the haircut in the picture. I can’t even look in the mirror. Also charged me $28 extra to blow dry my hair.

    I came with very long hair that’s curly and has texture to it. I asked for hair cut in between my shoulder blades with long layers. When I got home and blow dried it I noticed one side was longer than the other. I went in to get it fixed with someone else to even it out. Which they did but at that point it was no longer in between my shoulder blades, it’s now at my armpit. I asked for my hair to be blow dried since I took the time to do it at home and had to come back for it to be wet again, they said no. Now I have to go home and blow dry it again due to their mistake. I get my hair cut once a year and this was the time to get myself taken care. I’m very disappointed.
