    Carmen Torres did an excellent job with my haircut and hair color. I’ve been searching for a stylist for years who can exactly do the specific style I want and considering carefully the length I prefer, she did exactly as I expected. I highlyrecommend her.

    Zero stars. Avoid stylist Evely — insulting service and unauthorized tip added. I had an appalling experience at this salon with Evely. Before she even picked up a pair of scissors, her very first comment was an unsolicited, insulting critique of my appearance, telling me I should travel to Turkey to get a hair transplant because her other clients did and “their hair looks so much better.” When I made it clear how disrespectful and out of line she was, she offered zero apology, stayed completely silent, and made dismissive remarks when I told her how uncomfortable she had made me. To make matters worse, when paying at the register, I explicitly selected "No Tip" due to the blatant disrespect. Over an hour after leaving the building, I received an official email receipt showing an unauthorized 30% tip ($9.60) had been manually added to my service. Insulting a customer to their face and then pushing through an unapproved tip after they walk out the door is unacceptable. Corporate has already been formally notified (Ticket #286441). Do not trust this stylist with your hair or your money.

    I just wanted a wash and blower , short hair , she said a “something blow out “ did not notice anything in particular ! She did a good job . But charged $$ 54 ! Never paid that much there ! Last time paid $40 , I found it ridiculous expensive ! Not a hotel or a first class salon …very ordinary chain ! So be prepared to pay prime prices in this chain !
