  I wasn't satisfied... The lady was very kind and polite, but she failed to grasp the simple request to cut off just half an inch. She seemed annoyed with me, even though the task took barely 20 minutes. I don't know the standard price for a cut and wash—I didn't get the wash, yet I paid $32 +. Perhaps that is a reasonable price, but it sounds me as excessive…

  As the saying goes, you get what you pay for… horrible hairdresser, awful haircut, and an even worse blowout. 😩

  I am so disgusted in the downturn that Hair Cuttery has taken. I’ve been going there for as long as they’ve been in business. I’ve always gotten color, cut and blow dry. I just came home and got my color. The cut was a few strands taken off the bottom – she never did any of the layers or anything else like she’s always done in the past and then when it was time for a blow dryer, she told me that it cost more that all she can do is give me Air. I was so embarrassed walking out of that place and it cost me $150 for that. And I was told that while the prices were raised the stylists took a cut. No wonder they don’t wanna go above and beyond for their customers. And I love my hairdresser – I’ve been with her forever. I feel bad for everybody now. Looks like Hair Cuttery is gonna go the way of spirit – nickel and dime everybody and see what happens.That’s a bunch of bullshit and Hair Cuttery has now lost a longtime client.

  Nury has been cutting my hair for a year and a half. She’s always been patient, kind, and very informative with me. She’s very experienced and gives the best recommendations with styles, type of cuts, and even products to use for aftercare.

  Awful experience. Tried calling since 9:AM went to recording every time (I tried 5 times during the day. Finally stopped by. Their phone was off the charging unit. They were wondering why it hadn’t rung all day. I was able to get haircut but another client was leaving and they charged her haircut to me. Last week I reached them to cancel an appointment but the lady answering the phone didn’t know how to cancel it on the computer. Said she would write my number down and tell the stylist. Extremely poor management and incompetence.
