  Cut my hair 1 month ago, the barber did not cut some portions of the hair, told him and denied or forgot. They cut in a hurry. not a good experience.

  I had an amazing experience with Zene! She took her time and put so much care and attention into every detail of my haircut. You can immediately tell that she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. She listened carefully to what I wanted, was incredibly thorough, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for. I absolutely loved my haircut and will definitely be coming back specifically to see Zene. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and truly cares about doing an excellent job. Thank you, Zene!

  El servicio y sobre todo la actitud de dos de las personas que cortan el pelo fue fatal. Cómo si me estuvieran haciendo un favor. Primero me asignaron a una señora Janet está en la silla 6; desde el saludo, se siente ruda, como que no tiene muchas ganas de atender. Quien se iba a cortar el pelo era mi hijo menor y nos trató tan displicente, sin oír lo que queríamos, le mojó el pelo de mala gana, con la peinilla súper ruda que decidí bajar a mi hijo de la silla. Nos pasaron a otra persona que está en la silla 13, un señor llamado Andy, un poco más cordial; Le explicamos más o menos lo que él quería para darle la idea y que el nos dijera si su pelo daba para ese corte o no, que nos asesorara xq finamente el experto es el! y me dice pues tengo que probar xq no le conozco el pelo y si queda mal pues se lo debe cortar en otro lado…… Finalmente le cortó el pelo, pareciera que jamás hubiera cortado el pelo largo…. Mal hecho hasta que llegó otra señora llamada Jene que si sabía más, le dijo cómo arreglarlo un poco pero finalmente el corte quedó mal, trasquilado, lastimado en el cuello. Terrible experiencia! 🤪. De locos!

  Real barber shop experience. They have many haircuters but I always go with Zene. She understands exactly what I’m looking for and executes perfectly. Her experience and dedication shows up every time. 100% recommendations this barber shop and Zene!!
