  I went to this store yesterday, Gretchen was there and assisted me, she was so patient with me, she helped me find the right shades for me, was extremely helpful, everything you need from a super attentive and professional person. I had a great experience and absolutely had to come here and leave a review. I hope you all have the chance to meet her.

  I have been a customer there for many years and this past week was so disappointing. The young ladies there are very pushy when it comes to selling they made them suggestions not a problem. We got home, opened our packages. I bought a lipstick, and it said the word tester on it and it was a mess. I was not going to use it if someone else tested it. We also bought a mascara which when we opened it when we got home, it was dry and clumpy. I called the store. The lovely lady was very nice on the phone. She stated to bring it back in. They would exchange it for the exact same product. No problem so when my husband and my friend went to return and Exchange the ladies, they were very rude and not very helpful. My lipstick was exchanged, but they questioned her on the mascara. Unacceptable. Absolutely. Unacceptable I will not be back. !!!

  No sábado tive a infelicidade de entrar nessa loja e ser atendida por uma moça de mal com a vida. Os produtos são excelentes, estava encantada com a diversidade e mandando fotos para minha filha, que cursa farmácia, para me auxiliar nos produtos mais específicos para meu rosto. Foi quando a gerente de forma grosseira, questionou minha amiga sobre os produtos que estávamos segurando (creio que achou que iríamos roubar algo, só pode) e nos encaminhou até o caixa, eu sem entender nada, porque entendo pouco inglês, minha amiga com cara de assustada, nos dirigimos ao caixa com ela, eu pasma, perguntando se era isso mesmo que eu estava entendendo, minha amiga mais perplexa que eu, só pagamos a base que havíamos pegado de início e fomos quase que expulsas da loja. Deixar bem registrado, isso ocorreu no sábado dia 16/05, por volta das 5pm/ 6pm, tinha duas pessoas na loja, um rapaz super educado, simpático e atencioso e essa mulher, a qual meu marido e eu retornamos na loja para devolver os produtos no dia seguinte, porque meu marido achou um absurdo como fomos tratadas, e a moça que nos atendeu, era a mesma do sábado, diz ela ser a gerente da loja. Detalhe, antes da compra, ninguém te informa que não tem troca ou devolução, políticas da empresa 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I absolutely love this place! It’s always exciting to get amazing deals on makeup. Prices are always right. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. They always make sure you find what you go in the store looking for. I’ve never left disappointed with my purchases. Would definitely recommend to a makeup girlie, great products for a great price!
