  I usually have great experiences at Hair Cuttery, but unfortunately, this appointment was disappointing from start to finish. My regular stylist was unavailable, so I booked an appointment with Mary at the Royal Palm Beach location. From the beginning, she seemed rather standoffish, which made me uncomfortable. I have naturally thick, curly hair with dark roots that I regularly have lightened to blonde. I understand that my hair requires extra time and attention, but I’ve never had these issues with my usual stylist. After Mary rinsed out the bleach, she consulted with the manager, MJ, who came over and began examining my hair. I was then informed that several dark sections had been missed and needed to be bleached again. I was especially frustrated because I had to point out an additional section near the front of my hair that was still visibly brown earlier before I was rinsed. At that point, I requested someone else to finish the service because I was no longer confident in the original application. I genuinely appreciate MJ stepping in to correct the color, especially since she was already finished with her shift and stayed late to help. The final color turned out fine, and I’m grateful she was able to fix the uneven areas. However, I was disappointed with the blowout. It felt rushed, and no finishing products were applied to my hair. I left with hair that was tangled and lacked the smooth, silky finish I normally receive after a professional blowout. I understand MJ was staying beyond her scheduled hours to help, but as a paying customer, I still expected the same level of care and attention throughout the entire appointment. I paid $148, which is my usual price, but the overall experience was nowhere near the quality I’m accustomed to receiving. While I’m satisfied with how the color ultimately turned out, the unnecessary corrections, uncomfortable experience, and rushed finishing service made this appointment exhausting. I appreciate MJ’s willingness to help, but I will definitely be sticking with my regular stylist moving forward.

  MG is truly a top-notch hair artist! She did an incredible job correcting a difficult color issue, beautifully toning my highlights and fixing my roots. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, was incredibly kind and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I’m so happy with the results. Her attention to detail, talent, and care really shine through. I highly recommend MG if you’re looking for someone who truly knows color and takes pride in her work!

  Francesca went above and beyond with me. She listened to what I was saying and gave me a style that suited me and my hair type well, as well as gave me some wonderful styling tips that has led me to receive multiple compliments on my hair already today! Thank you Francesca!!!

  Got my haircut on the Sunday that just passed, the hair stylist was very sweet but I did not get what I paid for. I asked for layers and mid length bangs but I got very choppy non blended layers and zero bangs. I usually don’t ever make a review like this but definitely not what I wanted. The bangs arnt even true bangs it’s a couple front pieces cut short. My hair just looks so uneven
