I came in requesting samples, and the employees were unwilling to provide an appropriate amount, even though I later confirmed with another Sephora location and Sephora corporate that customers are typically given more than just two pumps. After calling back to address the situation respectfully, I still felt dismissed and unsupported. As someone who has spent hundreds of dollars at Sephora over time, it’s frustrating to repeatedly feel like getting basic customer service becomes an issue every visit. I believe customers should be treated with consistency and professionalism, especially loyal shoppers. If these experiences continue, I will continue reporting them to corporate because this location’s customer service does not reflect the standard Sephora promotes.
