  On a Whim, I decided to get a trim while I visited my son. Marlena cut my hair and she was Fabulous! I loved how she had great Suggestions and always asked If The Length was ok. I will continue going here, I loved it!!

  My stylist, Miss Gloria, is wonderful. However my overall experience at today's visit was horrible. It was extremely loud! I think all people wanting to be on their phones need to go outside. Between 2 people being on their phones at the highest volume and 2 screaming children; one was listening to a court case and the other on a FaceTime call. I am appalled at the lack of respect for other people. As a highly sensitive person, I almost left. I was extremely uncomfortable from walking in the door until the time I left. Courtesy and manners are essential and we should never just allow it.

  I love the hair, Gloria did my hair and it’s so beautiful, she is a perfectionist and will always do your hair on point !

  ⭐ Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place. The service was extremely poor. The staff was aggressive when we expressed our concerns and showed no willingness to listen to or accept any feedback. I took my daughter in for what was supposed to be a blowout and haircut, and they left her hair in terrible condition—it literally looked like a broom. What was even more concerning was that the person who attended to her, Marlena, kept asking her coworker throughout the appointment how she was supposed to do the job, which made us seriously question her experience and ability. The price shown on the app was $62, but when it was time to pay, we were charged $95. When we checked the receipt, it included a charge for flat ironing, which was never done, as well as a supposed treatment. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, not only because of the condition in which my daughter’s hair was left, but also because of the customer service and the unexpected charges. Based on our experience, I would not recommend having Marlena do your hair. We were completely dissatisfied with her work and with the way our complaint was handled

  Staff was nice, but I tried to explain to the hairdresser how I wanted my haircut and she wasn’t understanding me. Plus I wanted my color fixed a little bit because it was a little too yellow so I wanted A darker color, Just a partial. Well, she did all over and turned me into a brunette. Then I have pictures where it was just cut so bad, She didn’t know how to taper it. It was sticking out one side on my head like a peacock. One side was cut like a dumb and dumber straight instead of a blended. There are spots in my hair like a Dalmatian, where it had a couple blonde spots that weren’t touched. I guess I don’t even know. Also, there was no like fade in around the ear. It was just straight chopped. It was horrible.. So I call her the next day and tell her hey I really don’t like it. I can’t deal with it and I didn’t really wanna be a brunette either. She couldn’t get me In that same day so I Booked her for the next day. I go in and I’m trying to explain to her how I want it cut and have pictures to even show her this time. The color isn’t so bad but it’s still not what I wanted… She just couldn’t get it right the taping and what I was trying to tell her and it looked nothing like any of the pictures. I go home and decide again the next day. I just can’t even deal with this.. I called revise salon and spa. Reggie was able to at least taper in and fix it to where I didn’t look like a peacock on the other side. So I really didn’t want my hair cut off Too much, it was shoulder length well now my hair is pretty much shaved on one side and a little bit longer on the other side. Is totally not what I was going for is all I’m saying. OK, so I gave her a second chance to fix the hair still wasn’t happy. I’m At about $300 altogether on my hair. Barely have any hair left. I called corporate after I talked to their manager, and I could tell she wasn’t going to do anything about it. All I’m asking is for at least the money for the haircut back. Not the whole $200 I spent at Cuttery(plus a Purchased a hair product). My husband has dementia we’re on a fixing, I hadn’t My hair done for two years by a professional. I found a go to treat myself and that’s the experience I had. So anyway, I speak to corporate then the manager calls me the next day and told me they weren’t gonna be able to refund me anything because I went to a different salon. I guess I was supposed to go back to them a third time to let them mess up my hair even more? I called corporate again and I’m still waiting to see if they will at least give me back the money for the haircut. I understand she took some time up, so I’m not asking for the whole money back even though it was nothing near what I wanted. Again, living on a fixed income, dealing with me on chemo meds, and my husband having dementia.. Very disappointing in hair Cuttery and I do not recommend this so-called salon, which is actually basically just a super Cuts.
