It was my birthday so I dropped by the desk for (as a Sephora member) my free gift and was IMPRESSED at what was offered. It's so nice to be in a classy Sephora rather than the one where I live, which is not only chaotic, it is poorly staffed and pathetically inadequate. THIS is the Sephora I'll be returning to.

- MWMary WendelkenMar 16, 20262.0I wouldn't recommend making an appointment to get your makeup done here. I've made two appointments, a year apart, to have my makeup done before an important event. Both times I made the appointment through an employee in person because I didn't trust the app to get it right. Both times, I planned a very busy day around the appointment. Both times, I arrived and was told they didn't know anything about the appointment. The 2 stars are for these reasons. The staff is generally nice here and I do occasionally shop here. However, I won't ever let them let me down again like this. Yesterday was terrible timing, had to rush home and try to get ready myself very quickly before an awards ceremony. It added stress to an already stressful day.
