  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my honest experience. I paid $120 for a facial service and was very disappointed with the results on May 25th. Before starting, Sarah Ibrahim told the facial would normally be $120 but she would charge me $85. I told her I was okay paying the full amount as long as I received a good-quality facial and visible results. Unfortunately, the facial did not feel professional or complete. Most of the time, products were simply opened and applied one after another without proper technique or treatment steps. She was just opening the bottle one after another and applying to my face without any massage. There was very little exfoliation, no mask application, and during the massage there was not enough product or water used so her hands didn't glide smoothly, which made the experience uncomfortable. I clarified in the beginning to use water with the cream so that she's able to massage my face properly. My skin did not look or feel like I had received a facial afterward. To be fair, I did like the back massage itself and I was happy with the hair color service. But the facial service alone was not worth the amount charged, and I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend the facial service.
