  Terrible experience. Didn’t even stay to get my kids haircut. The staff said if my kid could not sit still at 2 years old then she won’t cut his hair. When I said we will go somewhere else she laughed not a single other hairstylists said a word or offered to assists.

  What I thought initially was slow service turned out to be one of the BEST experiences I’ve had at any JCPenney salon. I had Tamara do my hair!!! Not only did she do an amazing job, but she and I talked the entire time about the beauty and blessings of the Lord! Tamara McGee is amazing!!!

  JCPENNEY, Wellington, salon is a ripoff! They charged me almost double the quoted amount! Never again! Dishonest practices! Disgraceful! She said what the manager quoted is different from what the stylist charges! Be honest so people are fully informed! Nevertheless, to be fair, “Carolene” did a wonderful job.

  i came in for color and a haircut with annette and she did an amazing job! not only was she extremely gentle she was very nice. i was relaxed throughout my whole appointment- no complaints at all i will definitely be coming back thank you again annette!
