    I took my son to the mall for a haircut, and unfortunately, the barber completely butchered his hair. It was such a bad haircut that I had to immediately take him somewhere else to get it fixed. We came to Hair Cuttery, where a wonderful stylist named Ashton took care of him and corrected the botched job. She was shocked that my son had been allowed to leave looking like that and even said I should never have paid or tipped for the original haircut. Ashton completely turned it around and gave my son the haircut he should have received in the first place. Not only was she skilled and professional, but she also had such a lovely, positive energy. My son left looking great, and I left feeling relieved. I will definitely be coming back to see Ashton for future haircuts and highly recommend her services.

    I was very disappointed with my haircut. I have naturally wavy hair, and the stylist started cutting it completely dry without even spraying it with water. Only after I questioned her did she wash my hair. I clearly asked for my split ends to be trimmed and for a layered haircut, but she barely changed my style. It looked almost exactly the same as before, and there were no noticeable layers even after I asked her to make them more defined. Unfortunately, I left feeling like the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted or know how to create a proper layered haircut for wavy hair.
