They consistently go above and beyond, whether it’s helping me track down a product, answering questions, offering suggestions, or just making sure I have what I need before I leave. As a hairstylist, having a store where the employees actually care and are willing to help makes such a difference. I’ve never felt like I was bothering anyone with a question, and I’m always greeted with a smile. You can tell this team really cares about the professionals who shop there. Complimented a display and had nothing to say , I know she heard me because I was right by the register and she was there with no one else in the store . She took a look at the display and had nothing to say . I commented to some girlfriends about the customer service and they feel the same . Don’t particularly like to go there because of this but this store has what I need at times

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
