  I booked a last minute appointment because I was going on vacation and I am last minute everything. They set me up with the first available stylist. When I tell you Matthew was absolutely AMAZING! He was so intentional with his explanations, he gave me just what I wanted and my hair looks incredible. He offered me a gloss coat and was up front that it would be an extra cost. He blow dried my hair with a bounce and I could not be happier! If you are going to visit this location go to Matthew!!!! 10/10 experience.

  Ok first off everyone is so nice and I like that I can book online and also via text! Maria is 100% my favorite and has cut my hair perfectly every time. She also is great with waxing! I have been going here for years and it is my first choice!

  I can’t even tell you what a fabulous job she did. She was working with a mess and made me jump for joy. I went out for drinks and all my friends loved my hair! Expect a bunch of new clients!!

  TLDR: ask for Billy, don't ask for Connie Ok, I'm going to start this review with the negative so that I can end with the positive. This was our (me & 10yr daughter) first time in this salon. My stylist: Connie She walks up to the waiting area speaking to another stylist about how she only has 15 mins until her next appt. She asks me if I'd be ok just getting a cut, not a style. This is where I should have asked if there was a price difference. I dont mind not getting mine washed so I said I was ok without the shampoo. She's got a bit of an attitude but I shrug it off, everyone has a bad day. We get to the chair and she says sort of under her breath something to the effect of they've got like 20 people coming in. She asks me what I want. I start trying to explain and she's got an expression on her face like she really doesn't have time for this (I had chopped my hair off myself and mostly wanted it cleaned up but also wanted a suggestion if there was a short cut that could slim my face, without layers. There's a review on here that mentions they got good recommendations from their stylist). She's acting impatient so I just ask her to clean up the cut. Not really any chit chat during the cut just get in and get out. Cuts done and I get out of the chair. Flip to the end after my daughter is done with her cut. We get to the register and find out that its the same price whether I get the shampoo or not. Well now I feel cheated. But again, I should've asked. So I pay. I wish I had had cash for the tip because when I paid, I couldn't select an amount for each stylist. Please note that for the remainder of the time we were there she had NO OTHER clients. She chatted with other stylists, disappeared into the back for awhile, and folded some towels. The positive. Daughter's stylist: Billy Billy called her name and was nice, cordial, and seemed like he was happy to be there. He gets to the chair and sits in the one next to her and puts all his focus on us and asks what she wants. While we explained, he listened and spoke to her as well as me. We finish explaining, he's confident he can give us what we're asking for and then he takes her to shampoo. We get back to the chair and he starts confirming the length and style. He makes suggestions based on her ability to style her hair. He gets started and is talking with her throughout. He takes his time and makes sure we're happy with the cut. He asks if we want a style. I say yes. He goes to the front and comes back to confirm that the extra cost is ok with me. A++++++ LOVE THIS! He does a great job with the style and checking us out. We will be booking with Billy going forward. The atmosphere is the shop was great and the woman who checked us in was nice.
