- THTerri HoltAug 13, 20251.0I’m giving this location in Venice Fl a 1star review. HERES WHY!! I’ve shopped at Salon Centric for years in another state. I’ve been a color specialist using only Redken for 30 yrs+. Also keeping clients looking great with take home shampoo/cond. and styling products. This location in Venice Fl has NOTHING in stock that I need to serve my clientele. Fusion color, 10 min color gels, shades Q, camo color, I could go on. (they’ve been out of stock of 10 min 8Na for weeks. Sometimes the staff says they don’t carry it. “Not true” management says they have no control of what is on or off the shelves. They say it’s all computer generated. I I’ve asked if they can contact corporate to see if they can up their color stock. to no avail!! I visit this location multiple times a week trying to purchase the supplies I need . My co workers and I were having conversations .. thinking this store was closing soon due to the shelves looking so barren. They used to blame it on Covid. What now?? I end up driving to Sarasota to get my supplies. It’s a 40 min drive. Ugh!!! At this point I’m considering changing color lines and shopping at Cosmo Prof. it’s unfortunate because I can always count on great results with Redken color. I just cannot count on this location to keep shelves stocked.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
