  Rosa Ann is THE BEST. I went to her after I received THE worst cut ever. I showed hair the pictures of that cut. I told her I haven't gotten my hair cut in months because of the trauma of that worst cut. She was gentle, talked to me about what could be done now and where we were going to end up. Now I'm at my second cut with Rosa Ann and my hair looks great!! Thank you so much!!

  I always make an appointment and it’s amazing every time! I love Autum, she is funny and sweet and understands what you want even if you don’t explain it perfectly. She has done a cut, a blow out, and a dye on me (first experience with hair dye and she made it an awesome one) and she genuinely is my favorite stylist there! I love her to bits, very comvinently placed as it’s close to my house and pricing is fair for what’s being asked. Amazing team and Autum is an amazing stylist!

  This post is actually from my sister who asked hairdresser for layer cut. Request according to her wasn’t done and wanted more off. Stylist said no.Stylist took it upon herself to do her hair (sister)like hers just because she complimented her hair ( scrunched curls) when my sister has straight hair. This didn’t mean I want it like yours!When dried looks exactly the same only a little shorter! 37 years experience? Hang up your scissors! She hated it! Total rip off!

  Very disappointed in the hair cut I received today. I showed her where I wanted my hair cut and it's about 2" shorter. I look and feel awful. I know it will grow back, but I'm going through a difficult time with health issues and can't afford a high class salon right now. I needed something to make me feel better and I ended up feeling worse. My son gave me a look of utter shock and said...yea, she definitely butchered your hair. I should have asked for my money back, but left the salon like a wet dog and when I got home to blow dry it, it was so much worse!! Hoping I can find someone to correct this mess.
