Kenzie was the best. She listened to what I wanted and helped me land on a cut that is exactly what I was hoping for. My hair isn’t easy, and she absolutely handled my hair (and my anxiety about it coming out wrong) phenomenally. She listened to me hating the razors in my hair, she said she’d need it for a few face framing pieces…. And then stopped right after the first go and finally, a real artist understanding what I meant about the razors in my hair! She made me feel validated 😂😂 love her for this! ❤️ She’s got great skills and the ability to make your hair ACTUALLY look like you thought it would. This could potentially be the second best style/cut I’ve ever had, she’s just that good! Also a big shout out to the woman that DIDN’T cut my hair and told me I would want to wait for Kenzie instead. The salon made sure the right person handled my hair for me, and I’m absolutely stoked about how it came out.

The salon and stylist stations were clean. Each person entering the salon was greeted. Simone was very professional. She confirmed the service I wanted and notified me of the fee. She was ready to serve me within 5 minutes of completing her previous client. Within 1.5 hours, I left with a clean scalp and a beautiful hair style.

They gave me a bad cut on my neck. This is a possible health hazard and can transmit bloodborne pathogens. Still paid and gave my stylist Tina a tip. I will not be back.
