- RRRaye6 days ago1.0This is the worst experience I’ve had with a hair cut. I went in with low expectations and an understanding that I would need to cut off a couple of inches of hair for a trim. My hair was down to my chest and I specifically said I don’t want layers in the back because I have curly hair and I want facial framing like a butterfly cut and to keep as much length as I can. She said she would do long layers in the back. I left with short layers in the back shorter than the face framing and the framing was done very chunky and uneven. I’m very unsatisfied with this cut and I can’t do anything until my hair grows now. I also got a quote for hair color which I decided not to do after the hair cut.

- MMMeghinn MillerMay 4, 20261.0Disappointed. Had an appointment for a wash and cut halfway through my cut her next appointment showed up and my cut was definitely rushed. My hair is so choppy and looks like a jellyfish. It looks like a bob with long hair underneath when I asked for 4 inches off and layering. I’ve never had layering this bad no matter how I style it. She never asked what my part was until after everything was cut. I left with wet hair so I was not able to see the extent of how bad this was until it dried. Very disappointing I will not be back.
