  Had an awesome first time experience. Went in unsure what I wanted, the staff was amazing at helping me decide and plan out future piercings. I barely felt any pain, it was pierced so well, correct location and angle. It’s been a few weeks and healing amazing so far. Very happy and will be back.

  Horrible service, my wife went in just to ask for pricing and potentially get something done, dude representative just brushed her off because it was close to closing time, asked her to buy it and come back another time to put on her piercing… super rude the entire interaction, I would not recommend coming here.

  I got my flat and my helix piercing done at this store , 2 days after the swollen was so bad that deformed my ear even after proper care , I went back to the store for a free consultation and asked the lady if she could change the post if the flat piercing because it seemed to short , felt tight and was sinking deep on the skin, she barely looked at it , and refused to changed the post , that had should be long to start with , after I went to the Doctor , the pierced was removed and in effect the post was so short leaving not room for the swollen and healing process

  Absolutely loved my time at STUDS! This was my second time going and I got a jewelry change for my seconds and my thirds done too. Tatiana was great, she was so easy talk to and made the process seamless and minimal pain. Definitely recommend going!

  Visited a few weeks ago with my mom just to purchase. It was a Monday, so only a few others were in the store. We were not greeted upon entry, and pretty much just awkwardly waited around until the woman behind the counter could help us. After making the selection of the earrings I wanted, the woman helping us said that would not be a problem, just for 2 minutes later to say there was only 1 left in stock, when I wanted 2. I selected another earring, and again, they only had 1 in stock. I'm not sure if the workers make commission off sales, but at this point, it seemed that the worker wanted me to select the more expensive earrings as that's what she kept pushing on to me. After selecting a more expensive pair, unsurprisingly, they had 2 in stock. I then asked if they offered their "spend 200, get a free piercing" deal that they offer online, the woman provided a snarky response that they don't do that in stores, and that it's only an online promotion, which honestly makes no sense since you have to get pierced in person. After leaving the store, I get home to see that my gold earrings were given titanium flatbacks. Given the price that I paid, this was certainly upsetting. Would certainly not return, and would rather spend that amount of money elsewhere.
