  I had a great experience at Studs! Jessica was very quick and precise with my and my friend’s piercings, and made us feel comfortable after not having gotten new piercings in a while. I also felt that the jewelry was reasonably priced for the quality.

  Even though I have an amazing experience in Las Vegas location, I visited this location from my home town about 2 hours away because it says online that they accept walk ins. I arrived at 2:00 pm and wait more than an hour because they have a sign at the door they were having lunch. It was 3:20 and they haven’t opened yet. Other people came by asking if I was waiting for long because they were waiting for the store to be opened too. Please add in your Google search that you have lunch hours and stop making people waste their time.

  Awful customer service. I booked an appointment a week in advance for my daughter's 10th birthday. A few hours before I get an email saying they cancelled it, there are no times available for today and when you call any of their numbers there is no way to talk to a real person.

  Elena was fantastic with all my piercings, super friendly staff and very clean. Can't wait to go back and get a few more piercings done.

  Had an awesome first time experience. Went in unsure what I wanted, the staff was amazing at helping me decide and plan out future piercings. I barely felt any pain, it was pierced so well, correct location and angle. It’s been a few weeks and healing amazing so far. Very happy and will be back.
