I even asked about a specific Estée Lauder foundation and was told it wasn’t available. Later, Rae took over and the experience completely changed. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. She found the foundation I was looking for and guided me through everything with patience. I really appreciated her excellent service.

After picking up my purchase from the front, I was shown where the other fragrances were and told someone would be with me shortly to help. I stood waiting at least 5 minutes while one associate smiled and walked past me. Another associate finally asked if I needed help. When I told her what I wanted she stood looking at the fragrance wall in confusion until saying she needed to find out if the item was in stock. The store was not busy and parking was scarce. I don't plan on purchasing from this Sephora or any other location.
