  Loft 16 do not go there she is not serious. The feedback given on her website are up to her approval so only good ones are accepted, she messed up my daughter her did not bother to fix it and accused her falsely

  I did my hair with Angie she screwed up my hair was supposed to get it blond she colored it black and part of it turned green ish and grey. She didn't want to fix it and accuse me of walking without payment meanwhile she said if you are not happy you leave but I'm not fixing it. Walk away of this stylist 355 dollars for this disaster

  Had a wonderful manicure and pedicure with Nina at salon lofts 11. Place is so cute, and Nina is so friendly, will for sure be back

  I love coming to this location! Ashley Shallcross is the absolute best! I can put my complete trust in her to get exactly what I’m looking for in any service from cut, color, and lashes. She’s so passionate about what she does it shows in every part of her work. I’ve never felt more seen and listened to while getting my hair cut/colored. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone I can! Thank you Ashley for always a great experience and relationship we created

  I go to Ashley Shallcross for highlights and she is great! I’m so glad I met her as I moved here and she was my first stylist. I have kept going to her ever since and have recommended her to several of my friends who all love going to her too. She’s very sweet, makes sure she does what you like to your hair and is always accommodating and reasonable. I highly recommend going to her.
