Took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced and Samantha was great. She was super gentle and fast with her, my baby barely cried. Everything was clean and she walked me through aftercare. Really happy with how they turned out, would definitely recommend her.

Had a great experience @ Rowan. Skyla (The RN) doing the piercing was exceptionally phenomenal (in all honesty). The whole place a great experience from beginning to end; I’d highly recommend using Rowan for ear piercings!!!

Skyla was amazing!!! My nieces and I got pierced by her and she walked us through every single step, and was so knowledgeable. She educated me on the after care and even an old piercing!!! I highly highly recommend her! I will definitely be be back until I’m all pierced up! ❤️❤️

The experience at this store was amazing! There was no pressure to buy products, just a lot of suggestions and assurance that the selected product would be to the customer's satisfaction. The nurse (Liz) was professional and answered all questions. The sales representative was pleasant and also open to answering any questions. This is definitely a good place. Prices were transparent, with no surprise charges.

I had a less-than-great experience as a walk-in. There were no other customers in the shop, and I had a simple question about a piercing I had gotten elsewhere. I wanted their professional opinion on how to proceed and was even willing to let it close and have it redone by them if that meant it would be done properly. The moment I mentioned the piercing was done elsewhere, the employee repeatedly cut me off and became noticeably dismissive. I felt as though I was bothering her and that she was doing me a favor by even answering my questions. The customer service was very lackluster, and I did not feel welcomed or comfortable returning for another piercing.
