  Skyla was seriously the best!! She pierced both me and my friend and made the whole experience so much fun. We were both a little nervous at first, but she had us laughing the entire time. She was so so sooo funny, so kind, really honest, and so patient with all of our questions and with reassuring our concerns. She made us feel super comfortable and never rushed us. You can tell she actually cares about making sure everything is perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to do our piercings. If you get Skyla, you’re in great hands. Thank you for making it such a fun experience for my friend and i, and for giving us piercings we love! 💕

  I had such a great experience getting my ear pierced! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Ria was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable before starting. The piercing itself was quick, precise, and much less painful than I expected. Everything was incredibly clean and sanitary, which gave me a lot of confidence. I also appreciated the detailed aftercare instructions to help ensure proper healing. If you’re thinking about getting your ears pierced, I highly recommend coming here. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

  I got my ears pierced here yesterday for my birthday and had a great experience․ Miss Liz did my piercing‚ and she was amazing․ She was very friendly‚ energetic‚ and took the time to explain everything in detail‚ which made me feel comfortable throughout the process․ She also had a smile that could brighten anyone's day․ I went back the next morning as I had broken one of my earrings during the night and again the staff made everything very easy․ Janice welcomed me with open arms & was very nice‚ then Miss Liz was there too‚ and as soon as I got there explaining to them what happened‚ they were both by my side․ The entire process was so quick‚ I was in and out of there within 5 to 10 minutes․ The customer service is amazing and you can tell the people who work there really care about their customers․ I had never heard of this place before, but I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a piercing․ In my opinion‚ the piercing place downstairs is no competition․ This place is the real deal!

  I had a wonderful experience at Rowan International Plaza in Tampa while getting a helix piercing for my 12-year-old daughter. Since she is a minor, I needed to complete the required Florida notarized consent form. The store manager, Jannice, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explained the piercing procedure, and even helped me find an online notary so I could complete the required paperwork without any issues. Jannice also explained the hypoallergenic earrings and the flat-back style they use, which are very comfortable and ideal for a helix piercing. I really appreciated how thorough she was in making sure we understood everything before moving forward. Our nurse, Skyla, was equally amazing. She was kind, gentle, and made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease during the piercing. She carefully explained the aftercare instructions and how to use Rowan’s aftercare solution to ensure proper healing. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail provided by both Jannice and Skyla. I highly recommend Rowan at International Plaza to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and caring piercing experience for themselves or their child.
