  I had such a wonderful experience at the MAC Cosmetics store in International Plaza! I had originally been scheduled with one makeup artist, but the store was busy and he was being an absolute rockstar helping multiple customers. Another artist jumped in to help me, and she absolutely nailed my makeup! It was such a great example of teamwork, and I have no doubt either artist would have done an amazing job. Even with how busy the store was, everyone stayed calm, kind, and incredibly professional. They managed everything so efficiently, and my makeup was finished right on time. The best part? It lasted through Florida humidity, a little rain, family photos, and the rest of the day. I still thought it looked fantastic hours later! I felt confident, beautiful, and still looked like myself; just a little more polished. Thank you to the whole team for making my experience so enjoyable.   Sierra was absolutely fantastic! She took such professional care of us and was incredibly personable. She even surprised us with some complimentary extra goodies for the celebration, making the gift even more special for the honoree. Great job, Sierra — keep up the amazing work!

  Called in, asked for a certain qty of an item to be set aside, had the Mac artist confirm the number. Showed up, one was missing. After inquiring and being told that only that certain amount was left, I was checked out. Right as being handed the bag the person checking me out says “it was supposed to be that number but I took one”. Yikes.
