    This shop is extremely disingenuous, and rude i stood in line for over 10 mins before a nice young lady came with some type of device to check me out. Not only were the employees not paying attention to the fact guest needed to be checked out but an employee who has glasses was just leaning on the counter as if there was not a line of people waiting. Overall a horrible experience. I prefer the Lush in brandon

    My experience at Lush International was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming from the moment I entered the store. As a multiracial woman, I could not ignore the feeling that I was being treated differently and was not genuinely welcomed by the staff. The atmosphere felt dismissive rather than inviting, which made what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience very unpleasant. During my visit, I asked questions regarding a product and was assisted by Alisa, who appeared to have very limited knowledge about the item and was unaware that the product had been discontinued. I found this concerning, especially for a company that prides itself on customer service and product expertise. Instead of feeling helped, I left feeling frustrated and overlooked. In addition to the poor customer service, one of the associates had a very strong body odor that noticeably affected the shopping environment. While I understand everyone has personal circumstances, strong hygiene issues in a retail setting can make customers uncomfortable and discourage them from remaining in the store or making purchases. Overall, my experience was highly disappointing and far below the standards I would expect from Lush International. Between the lack of professionalism, poor customer engagement, uncomfortable atmosphere, and negative in-store experience, I would not recommend this location to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment for all customers.

    This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee, Faith, was blatantly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I approached her. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and her tone made it clear that helping customers was an annoyance to her. Throughout the interaction, she acted irritated and completely uninterested in doing her job. It genuinely felt like I was bothering her just by being in the store. What made it worse was that she clearly noticed my frustration, yet instead of correcting her behavior, she offered my daughter a lip scrub in a way that came across as insincere and almost taunting—as if she was trying to cover up her attitude without actually changing it. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I still made a purchase, but the experience completely ruined my visit. I will not be returning to this location, and management seriously needs to address the level of professionalism here.

    I had a really disappointing experience at Lush Cosmetics today while trying to treat myself for my birthday. I spent time in the store browsing, smelling products, and ended up purchasing a few items. At checkout, I politely asked the cashier, Faith, if the store offered anything for birthdays or if there was an app or rewards program I could sign up for. Her response felt dismissive and rude—she simply said “no” and rushed me through checkout with an attitude. Afterward, I called the store to ask about their general policy, and while I understand that birthday perks may not be guaranteed, I’ve learned that stores sometimes offer small gestures like samples. What stood out most was not the lack of a free item, but the lack of basic customer service. Faith seemed completely uninterested in helping or even engaging in a friendly way. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant—just a positive, welcoming experience, especially on my birthday. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling brushed off and unappreciated as a customer.
