  Listen everyone in that establishment is so helpful and we were so overwhelmed with how the customer service treated everybody who came into lush. We left with samples we left with items that we all loved that they all smell beautifully. I was so thankful I had that great experience. I believe their name was Almond and Bee!! Thank you

  My girlfriend and I had the most incredible experience in Lush. The employees were so helpful in explaining the ingredients and versatile uses of the products. They are truly passionate about what they do and even though we didn’t go in there expecting to buy anything, we left with products that we are in love with! Thank you specifically to Trevor & Marley for their enthusiasm and letting us try on new products. 💛💛💛💛💛 Sticky dates will be a staple in my house!!

  I just came here today with my boyfriend, and we had an absolute blast! Alex was the best. Surprised she is not the manager (maybe she is lol). She made our shopping feel like a willy wonka experience, and it was so much fun! We will be back!!!

  On Sunday 5/31, I stopped in with my little girl looking for a new face wash for my sensitive skin. We were greeted by everyone in the store and the moment i needed help, Alex came to the rescue. Now I've worked retail for over 10 years and it's rare you meet people who work in similar industries that very clearly love what they do and love helping people. I wouldn't be surprised if Alex was the store manager. She was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, funny and patient. She gave me and my girl little hand treatments to try different products and it felt like we were the only people in the store (even though she very easily helped others without skipping a beat with us!). I can't say enough great things about Alex. If she's not a store manager yet, she definitely should be. Alex, I hope they show you this so I can thank you for making us feel seen and heard. I appreciate your professionalism and your personal touch with everything. We will definitely take the hour trip to Lush with no hesitation next time, thanks to you! Also, my daughter can't stop talking about her pink jellie and the super nice lady who helped us at the mall <3 :)
