    I had a confirmed 1:30 appt. with Ashley. Apparently she did not check her schedule and after cleaning up after a prior client left the room then left for lunch. Another employee went to let her know I was waiting. She returned, went into back room to eat her lunch and never came out to speak to me or to apologize. Another stylist offered to do my cut as soon as he finished with his customer. I had requested Ashley when I made my appt as I was very satisfied with the way she cut my hair previously. Because I can't drive and come with another customer I was unnerved that I was ignored despite having a confirmed appt which was also in the schedule book! Thankfully Russ did accommodate me and I am pleased with my haircut.

    I have Autism and I dont like people touching my head. But Rob is my true friend and he is literally the only person I'm ok with doing what has to be done to cut my hairs. And I look really cool when he's done so people treat me like a normal person which is nice. God bless you Rob. Please keep doing what you're doing
