  Love this place and the employees. I have had a great experience each and every time I have gone here. I am a cancer patient and have not had hair for 5 years now. I researched wigs a long while before I made an appt to go for a fitting and have not been disappointed! They are very compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. I knew I would pay more, but I wanted a "real" human hair wig. I wear a wig 24/7/365 so needed something that could withstand a beating and still look great. I went to another wig place in south Tampa and although the wigs were pretty, I still paid $2100+ and the wig looked terrible within 2 weeks! (you get what you paid for!). They also did not know what they were doing and could not help to answer my basic questions properly. Whenever I get kind of rough looking, I take my wig in to Custom Hair and the girls work their magic to fix me up! I've since purchased 2 additional wigs from here because I wanted style and variety. I am very happy with everything I have purchased. They also teach you how to do different styles, clean and repair wigs. They have a huge variety of long, short, in between and toppers in human hair, synthetic (which I would not recommend) and a blend for less expensive pricing. I have recommended so many others here and they are equally as happy. You can't go wrong! Thank you girls!!!

  Valerie and the Clearwater store was the most awesome consultant honest upfront and passionate person. Could not have asked for anyone better she went above and beyond for what she did for me. I would totally recommend custom wigs.

  Spent a couple hours yesterday with Melissa. I recommend her highly, she was so kind patient and reassuring and no pressure at all. I left extremely satisfied. In fact, everybody there was very friendly. Melissa is the best.!!!

  Custom Hair is absolutely amazing. Beautiful, huge selection - you name it, they have it. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa, she knows her stuff,and can style your wig just as you want it. She’s kind and honest about what would look best on you, takes all the time you need. LOVED the woman!

  Melissa is wonderful!! Just make sure they ordered the exact same wig you wanted before you make an appointment to pick it up. Walked in and the lady said she ordered a longer wig, so more hair. I thought great! But we cut the bangs to see if I liked it before I realized it was layered. Not near as much hair as the one I wanted, so I got a bit of a discount on another one I really loved. I had to keep the other since we cut the bangs. I tried to like it, but I couldn't. I called and they apologized and took it back. Not only that! They found the one I ordered, so it all worked out!! Great people with integrity. Love them ❤️
