  Spent a couple hours yesterday with Melissa. I recommend her highly, she was so kind patient and reassuring and no pressure at all. I left extremely satisfied. In fact, everybody there was very friendly. Melissa is the best.!!!

  Custom Hair is absolutely amazing. Beautiful, huge selection - you name it, they have it. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa, she knows her stuff,and can style your wig just as you want it. She’s kind and honest about what would look best on you, takes all the time you need. LOVED the woman!

  Melissa is wonderful!! Just make sure they ordered the exact same wig you wanted before you make an appointment to pick it up. Walked in and the lady said she ordered a longer wig, so more hair. I thought great! But we cut the bangs to see if I liked it before I realized it was layered. Not near as much hair as the one I wanted, so I got a bit of a discount on another one I really loved. I had to keep the other since we cut the bangs. I tried to like it, but I couldn't. I called and they apologized and took it back. Not only that! They found the one I ordered, so it all worked out!! Great people with integrity. Love them ❤️

  I have very curly hair. It was so full, but has been thinning for at least 15 years, and is so thin, especially on top, that it was no longer possible to hide the thinning by puffing up the curls or wearing it up. I was always skeptical about wigs and toppers, but I decided to make an appointment with Melissa in Tampa to see what she could do after I came across the website and read the many reviews. She is great! She suggested a custom hair topper, and she and Laurie went to great lengths to get it just right. I couldn't be happier. It is so beautiful and matches my curl pattern exactly. I went to Melissa, and Dina and Lisa in Brandon for some thinning and shaping for a total of 4 times to get it perfect, as they did not want to cut too much off at once, so we did it in stages. It is amazing. It looks exactly like my hair did 15 years ago. I get so many compliments, especially from strangers. They have no idea that it is not my natural hair. The whole team at Custom Hair is warm, wonderful and very talented. Nicole, at the front desk is also so professional and so supportive, and worked with me to get the appointments at the times I needed because of my work schedule. I am so grateful and have my confidence back. Thank you, Custom Hair!
