  Although we didn’t end up buying a hair piece, they were extremely patient and amazing with my grandmother who is looking for one. I would highly recommend coming here for the in-person options and amazing staff!

  I have very curly hair. It was so full, but has been thinning for at least 15 years, and is so thin, especially on top, that it was no longer possible to hide the thinning by puffing up the curls or wearing it up. I was always skeptical about wigs and toppers, but I decided to make an appointment with Melissa in Tampa to see what she could do after I came across the website and read the many reviews. She is great! She suggested a custom hair topper, and she and Laurie went to great lengths to get it just right. I couldn't be happier. It is so beautiful and matches my curl pattern exactly. I went to Melissa, and Dina and Lisa in Brandon for some thinning and shaping for a total of 4 times to get it perfect, as they did not want to cut too much off at once, so we did it in stages. It is amazing. It looks exactly like my hair did 15 years ago. I get so many compliments, especially from strangers. They have no idea that it is not my natural hair. The whole team at Custom Hair is warm, wonderful and very talented. Nicole, at the front desk is also so professional and so supportive, and worked with me to get the appointments at the times I needed because of my work schedule. I am so grateful and have my confidence back. Thank you, Custom Hair!

  I had an appointment today with Andrea at custom hair in Tampa off of Bush blvd. I wanted to get a new replacement of my older wig because my hair is thinning out. Andrea helped me to understand the difference between a topper or a full wig that fits on your head. Andrea showed me many options and colors. She helped me so very much.... I tried on many that looked great but she helped me to find the best one that I liked and wanted to buy that day. I walked out of custom hair, walking on cloud 9! I chose a synthetic and human hair wig. It was so beautiful with soft hair and accent colors of blonde and light brown. I thank Andrea for her geat expertise and easy to talk to, as well as a great sense of humor! I would certainly ask to make an appointment with Andrea in Tampa , again . She has great talents with people and her knowledge of hair And stylist with wigs and hair. Thank you Lori for many years You have built a great business to help myself and others to uplift our Self-Esteem and looking at the mirror again!

  I visited this shop at the start of my chemotherapy, a time when I was incredibly vulnerable and admittedly uneducated about the "wig world." I trusted this shop to provide the professional guidance I needed to find a natural-looking solution, but didn't receive the guidance I needed. Instead, I walked away with a very expensive piece that I hate and have never been able to wear. The wig is a human hair wig (as told by the shop), but it looks incredibly artificial. It has way too much hair, which looks incredibly unnatural; it literally feels like I have a football helmet on my head.There is no lace front, and the hair quality is such that even a professional stylist couldn't make it look natural or hold a style. It is heartbreaking to spend that much money during such a stressful time only to end up with something that makes me feel worse. I purchased another wig at a different shop and was educated about all things wig. They guided me through the process and really helped me find something natural in such a vulnerable time of my life. I strongly urge anyone in a similar situation to shop around and get other opinions before buying from this shop.

  Love my new wig. Melissa was great And really matched me up with a hair piece that looked so natural. Her cut in was spot on.
