I visited Chanel for the first time ever at the international mall location. Immediately as I entered, Raven a store associate, greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. In working with Raven, she helped me find the perfect match for my foundation and concealer. Raven was absolutely amazing; she was so nice, so patient, and really knowledgeable with the makeup products and the application of makeup overall. Her customer service and knowledge is definitely the reason I look forward to visiting this store again.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I’m being forced to keep an item I don’t want simply because they won’t allow me to return it. The 14-day return policy was never verbally communicated to me at the time of purchase.

The staff was so nice and helpful! This was a great experience, they helped us pick the items we wanted and also helped us pick the color and fragrances. Super nice, way better than the Millenia store in Orlando. Thank you!!

Stopped by to restock on a few items. They gave my daughter’s little flower bracelets. It made their day!
